Warranty Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through TraxonMedia LTD (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), trading as TraxonShop.
This Policy outlines how we handle eligible claims relating to defective, damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or materially faulty products supplied through our fulfilment process.
Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, this Policy is not intended to operate as an extended manufacturer-backed warranty and is limited to the coverage conditions, exclusions, reporting requirements, and claim timeframes outlined within this document.
This Policy forms part of our Company Legal Terms and should be read alongside our Terms of Service and any other related policies published by TraxonMedia LTD through our Policy & Guidance Portal .
1. Acceptance of This Policy
By placing an order with TraxonShop, or otherwise using any of our TMServices, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Warranty Policy.
If you do not agree with this Policy, you can still use our services but are advised not to place an order on TraxonShop or any of our other TMServices.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All products sold through TraxonShop are made-to-order and fulfilled via our production partner.
As a result:
- Items are produced on demand.
- Each order is created specifically for the customer.
- Items are not eligible for return due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer preference, subject to Section 8 (Your Legal Rights).
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will review and resolve eligible issues at our expense where:
- The product is misprinted, incorrectly produced, or manufactured incorrectly.
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The incorrect item, size, colour, variant, or design has been received.
- Items are missing from the order.
- The product materially differs from the approved order details.
- The wrong quantity has been supplied.
- The item has a production fault or quality issue.
- The package is significantly damaged in transit and the product is affected.
- A gift card, voucher, or digital credit issued by us is not functioning correctly during checkout or redemption.
This list is not exhaustive, and additional issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you are unsure whether your item or order issue may qualify for a replacement, refund, or resolution, please contact our Support Team. For contact information and reporting guidance, please refer to Section 10 of this Policy.
Claim Timeframe
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery receipt.
- Lost-in-transit claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
