3. Products & Services

TraxonShop products are primarily made-to-order.

Product descriptions, images, mockups, colours, sizing, and previews are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on:

• Materials.
• Printing methods.
• Device displays.
• Production processes.

Such minor variations do not automatically constitute defects.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders.
• Restrict purchases.
• Limit availability of products or services.
• Modify or discontinue products or services.

Resale Items

Returned items may be made available for resale where suitable. The resale price will depend on the condition of the item at the time it is assessed.

Items returned in excellent condition may be priced at or close to the original selling price. Items with damage, marks, wear, or other condition issues may be reduced in price to reflect their lower value.

We do not offer returned items for resale back to the customer who originally returned them.

4. Orders, Fulfilment & Shipping

Fulfilment and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Different products may have different fulfilment times.

Orders may enter fulfilment shortly after being placed.

Once fulfilment has started, orders may no longer be cancellable in accordance with our Cancellation Policy .

5. Build Your Own Merch (BYOM)

Users submitting BYOM content remain responsible for the content they upload.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• The content does not infringe third-party rights.
• The content complies with our policies and applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, block, or cancel uploads or orders where content may violate our policies, legal obligations, or third-party rights.

Uploaded designs, artwork, and print results may vary slightly depending on materials, products, production methods, or display settings.

6. TMRadio Services

TMRadio users may submit:

• Song requests.
• Shoutouts.
• Dedications.
• On-air interactions.

We try to fulfil requests where reasonably possible. However, submission does not guarantee broadcast, playback, or publication.

Live streams, broadcasts, or related services may occasionally be interrupted, unavailable, delayed, or modified due to maintenance, technical issues, licensing, operational changes, or factors outside our control. We will always work with our broadcasting team to avoid these issues as best as possible.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy , End User Content Policy , Fraud & Abuse Policy , and all applicable Company policies.

Users must not:

• Engage in unlawful or abusive activity.
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or services.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Abuse Company systems, promotions, or services.
• Interfere with the operation or security of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All Company Intellectual Property remains owned by TraxonMedia LTD or its respective rights holders.

Nothing within these Terms transfers ownership of Company Intellectual Property.

Use of Company Intellectual Property is governed by our Copyright & Intellectual Policy .

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers, including payment processors, hosting providers, streaming providers, fulfilment partners, or external platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party services, systems, outages, policies, or actions outside our control.
