Shipping Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, orders, and deliveries relating to products sold through TraxonMedia LTD (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), trading as TraxonShop.
This Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, dispatched, and shipped, including estimated fulfilment times, estimated shipping windows, international shipping considerations, customs responsibilities, and procedures relating to delayed, lost, or undelivered shipments.
All fulfilment and delivery timeframes provided through our services are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional processing requirements imposed by the destination country, which remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
This Policy forms part of our Company Legal Terms and should be read alongside our Terms of Service and any related policies published by TraxonMedia LTD through our Policy & Guidance Portal .
1. Acceptance of This Policy
By placing an order with us or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree with this Policy, you can still use our services, but we strongly advise that you do not proceed with placing an order on TraxonShop.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Time
All of our products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer.
Once an order has been confirmed, fulfilment times (Section 2.1) will normally take approximately 2–5 business days, although this may vary depending on the product and order requirements.
Shipping times (Section 2.3) will vary depending on whether the order is domestic or international and may range between 1–20 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.
Estimated delivery time is calculated using the combined fulfilment and shipping timeframe.
2.1 Fulfilment Time
Fulfilment includes production, quality checks, and packaging.
- Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
- Certain product types, such as knitwear or specialty items, may take longer.
- Not all products are available in every fulfilment location.
2.2 Fulfilment Locations
Products are fulfilled through a global network of fulfilment centres, including but not limited to:
- United Kingdom
- Europe, including Latvia and Spain
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- Japan
- Brazil
- Mexico
Orders are routed to the most appropriate facility based on product availability, order composition, and logistics. However, if the product ordered is not located at the closest fulfilment centre, the order will be routed to the next closest available fulfilment centre.
As a result:
- Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from a different country than the delivery address.
- Items within the same order may be fulfilled in different locations.
- Delivery times may vary depending on fulfilment location.
2.3 Shipping Time
Shipping begins once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.
Typical estimates:
- Domestic orders: 1–8 business days for orders fulfilled and delivered within the same country.
- International orders: 1–20 business days for cross-border shipments.
2.4 Important Information
Orders may arrive later than their estimated arrival date due to the delays outlined in Section 5 of this Policy. Any issues or concerns can be sent directly to our Support Team so they can investigate further and contact the carriers.
2.5 Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Please allow an additional 5 business days for potential delays.
- If your order still has not arrived, please submit a support ticket.
We will investigate the issue and assist you in accordance with our policies.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location.
- Product type and quantity.
- Selected shipping method.
All applicable charges will be clearly displayed before completing your order.
4. Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive deliveries where required.
5. Delays & Disruptions
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Production or file issues, such as print quality checks.
- Temporary stock shortages.
- Carrier delays or missed delivery attempts.
- Customs processing for international shipments.
- Weather conditions or logistical disruptions.
- High seasonal demand.
Because we use different delivery services around the world, we cannot guarantee that a third-party delivery service will notify customers of every delay.
If you have any concerns, questions about delivery delays, or believe your order may be delayed, please contact our Support Team.
As the order is placed through our services, we take responsibility for the transportation of the order. Once the package is handed over to a third-party delivery service provider, they also become responsible for the transportation and delivery of your package up to the point it is delivered to the shipping address.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Items
6.1 Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:
- You must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will investigate with the shipping provider.
Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.
6.2 Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that the item has been delivered:
- The shipment will be considered fulfilled.
- Customers should check with neighbours, household members, or local delivery offices.
Where a shipment is confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the item is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible so we can look into the location of the item and why it has not been received.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date delivery information when placing an order.
Before confirming an order, customers should carefully check all delivery details, including the recipient’s name, address, postcode, contact details, and any additional delivery instructions.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- The order may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
- Delivery may not be possible if the carrier cannot locate or access the address.
We are not responsible for delivery issues, failed delivery attempts, delays, returns, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address or delivery details provided by the customer.
If you believe you have provided incorrect information, please contact our Support Team.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
If an order has to cross country borders to reach its delivery destination, customs fees, taxes, VAT, duties, or handling fees may apply.
Whether these charges apply depends on the destination country and its laws. Customs fees and taxes are outside our control.
The amount charged depends on the customer’s location, the destination country’s rules, and the value of the order. Some countries may apply customs fees on orders valued below or above certain amounts, and some may charge extra handling fees.
Where customs fees, VAT, duties, taxes, or handling fees apply, they must be paid by the customer or recipient when receiving the order or at the border.
For some destinations, VAT and customs fees may depend on the order value and where the order is fulfilled from. For example, if orders are shipped to the UK or EU from outside those regions, VAT and customs fees may apply differently depending on the order value.
Customers placing international orders should be aware that they may have to pay customs and VAT fees so there are no unexpected surprises.
9. Unclaimed or Returned Orders
If an order purchased from our store has failed to be delivered due to any of the following:
- Failure to collect.
- Refusal to accept delivery.
- Unpaid customs charges.
A reshipping charge of £2.99 will be charged to the customer, and the product will then be resold.
10. Split Shipments
As products may be fulfilled from different facilities:
- Items within the same order may be shipped separately.
- Multiple tracking numbers may be issued.
11. Delivery Responsibility
We take responsibility for the products we sell and will support customers where an order is delayed, damaged in transit, delivered incorrectly, or arrives with a fault, defect, print issue, or other problem.
Once an order has been delivered to the customer, the customer is responsible for checking the item and making sure it is suitable for its intended use.
If an item arrives damaged, or if you notice any issue with the product, print quality, packaging, or delivery condition, you must contact our Support Team as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.
Where required, we may ask for additional evidence such as photographs of the item, packaging, delivery label, or any visible damage or fault. This helps us investigate the issue and decide the appropriate next steps.
12. Delivery Issues & Support
If you experience any delivery-related issue, including a delay, failed delivery, lost parcel, damaged item, incorrect delivery, or tracking concern, you must contact us through our official Support Portal as soon as possible. You can submit a support ticket here.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the relevant carrier, fulfilment provider, or delivery service to investigate and resolve the matter.
Failure to contact us prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute will result in no support being provided. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication or without allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue may affect how your claim is handled. We may restrict or suspend access to our services, cancel future orders, refuse future transactions, and take any further action available to us to protect our business, recover losses, or recover goods where legally permitted.
13. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered:
- Within a reasonable timeframe, as stated in Section 28(3) .
- As described and agreed, as set out in Section 11 .
If goods are not delivered as expected, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with applicable law.
