The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, reject, reverse, withhold, or terminate affiliate or referral participation where misuse, fraud, policy violations, reputational risk, or suspicious activity is identified.

  • Approved partner arrangements.

Participation in any affiliate or referral programme is subject to Company approval.

3. Approval & Participation

Affiliates and referral partners:

  • Must provide accurate information during registration.
  • Must comply with Company policies.
  • Must not misrepresent the Company or its services.
  • May be approved, rejected, suspended, or removed at the Company’s discretion.

The Company reserves the right to refuse participation without providing a reason.

4. Permitted Promotional Activity

Approved affiliates may:

  • Share approved affiliate or referral links.
  • Promote Company products or services lawfully.
  • Use approved Company branding or promotional materials where authorised.
  • Earn referral commissions or rewards where applicable.

All promotions must:

  • Be truthful and accurate.
  • Clearly identify affiliate relationships where legally required.
  • Comply with advertising and consumer protection laws.
  • Avoid misleading claims or deceptive practices.

5. Prohibited Activity

Affiliates and referral partners must not:

  • Misrepresent the Company, products, or services.
  • Impersonate the Company or official representatives.
  • Use misleading, false, or deceptive advertising.
  • Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or mass unsolicited promotions.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or self-referrals.
  • Abuse discounts, referral systems, or promotional tools.
  • Use copyrighted, offensive, unlawful, hateful, or NSFW content.
  • Use the Company’s Intellectual Property without authorisation.
  • Attempt to manipulate referral tracking or commission systems.
  • Purchase paid advertisements impersonating the Company or targeting Company trademarks without permission.

6. Intellectual Property & Branding

Use of Company branding, logos, or promotional assets is subject to our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy .

Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved promotional assets solely for authorised affiliate activity.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Restrict branding usage.
  • Request removal of promotional materials.
  • Withdraw branding permissions at any time.

No ownership rights are transferred.

7. Commissions, Rewards & Payouts

Referral commissions, rewards, or affiliate payouts:

  • May vary depending on the programme or campaign.
  • Are subject to verification and fraud checks.
  • May be withheld where suspicious or abusive activity is identified.
  • Are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Adjust referral or commission structures.

8. Fraud, Abuse & Security

The Company actively monitors affiliate and referral activity for fraud, abuse, manipulation, or misuse.

  • Automated or bot-generated traffic.
  • Manipulated purchases or commission generation.
  • Abuse of promotional systems.
  • Unauthorised discount sharing.

Where abuse is suspected, the Company may:

  • Remove rewards or commissions.
  • Restrict or terminate accounts.
  • Block access to Company services.
  • Report unlawful activity where appropriate.

9. Termination of Participation

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate affiliate or referral participation at any time where:

  • This Policy is breached.
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • Activity creates legal, operational, or reputational risk.

Termination may result in:

  • Removal from affiliate systems.
  • Loss of unpaid commissions or rewards.
  • Revocation of branding permissions.
  • Restriction of future participation.

10. No Guarantee of Earnings

The Company does not guarantee any level of affiliate earnings, referrals, traffic, sales, or financial benefit.

Affiliate performance may vary depending on multiple factors outside the Company’s control.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraxonMedia LTD is not liable for:

  • Loss of affiliate earnings.
  • Technical interruptions.
  • Tracking failures.
  • Delayed or rejected commissions.
  • Third-party platform failures.

The Company may:

  • Modify affiliate or referral programmes.
  • Change commission structures.
  • Update participation requirements.
  • Amend this Policy at any time.
