The purchase of any product or service does not grant ownership of, or rights to use, any associated Intellectual Property unless explicitly stated in writing.
No Intellectual Property may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or otherwise used without prior written consent from the Company.
3. Types of Intellectual Property Protection
The Company’s Intellectual Property may be protected under one or more forms of legal protection, including:

5. Prohibited Use

6. Commercial Resale & Distribution
Products purchased from the Company are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No individual or organisation may commercially distribute, wholesale, advertise themselves as an authorised reseller, or sell Company products as part of an official retail operation without prior written permission from the Company.
Nothing in this Policy restricts the lawful private resale of genuine purchased products by individual owners.
7. General Public Use
Any use of the Company’s Intellectual Property by individuals or organisations who are not approved affiliates, partners, or authorised users requires prior written permission from the Company.
8. User-Submitted Content
This Policy does not transfer ownership of user-submitted content uploaded through Company services, including “Build Your Own Merch” (BYOM) uploads.
